A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon cooking some amazing Thai dishes. Everything was explained very well and we ended the afternoon eating our fabulous dishes.

I had a lovely afternoon. Was great to learn about the ingredients and lots of tips were given about how to cook it propery and where to get the ingredients from. The ladies werer lovely and really looked after us. Thank you for a lovely afternoon and the most delicious thai ever.

Having never eaten a Thai meal previously I was intrigued to see how it was cooked and tasted. I thoroughly enjoyed the taste and the experience of preparing it. I shall be back for more !

Nui was amazing explaining all the dishes step by step and took the time to explain how to use each of the ingredients needed. I can't believe I can now make my own stir fried Chicken With Cashew Nuts! Absolutely delicious . Can't wait to impress my friends with these new dishes we have learnt today. Peanut sauce was the top !! Thank you for having Nui !

We met Nui four months ago when she came to our house to cook a very special engagement dinner for our family who loves Thai food. Her food, presentation and professionalism was impeccable and we all found ourselves saying how it was far and away the best Thai food we had ever tried. For my birthday present my wife surprised me with a 1x1 lesson to learn how to make the best peanut sauce I've ever tasted. The class was a lot of fun and Nui teaches you all the secret tricks to not only make the best tasting food but also the most presentable so you can impress all your friends. We plan on trying the recipes on our own and then coming back to learn the other recipes in the future, Be sure to ask her to make you a Thai milky tea...the perfect compliment.

Really enjoyed my day. Nui was very patient. I dont have much experience cooking. Nui very quickly made me feel at ease teaching me the names of all the ingredients. I was never rushed. Nui spoke about food and how to adapt recipes to suit your taste. I would really recommend you to try Nuis class.

Well run rather intensive course. Nui explained everything clearly but there is a lot to take in with three dishes prepared in parallel. Results are delightful. Suggest website should say - at the end of the course we will eat what you have prepared - or people could bring containers to take it away
